Terms of Use of the Online Store
The following Terms of Use govern the use of the website and online store of LABINDEQ S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), headquartered at 151 Kleisthenous Street, Gerakas, Pallini, 15344, East Attica, Greece, Tax ID No. 802407910. By accessing and using the website, the user unconditionally accepts these terms.
1. Scope
The website provides users with information and the ability to purchase water treatment products (filters, spare parts, equipment, etc.). These terms define the rights and obligations of the Company and the users.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the e-shop, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms. If the user does not agree, they must refrain from using the website.
3. Products and Availability
The Company makes every effort to ensure that product information, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, minor deviations may occur. The Company reserves the right to change prices, offers, and availability without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payments
By completing an order, the customer confirms their obligation to pay. Payments can be made through secure methods (credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery). The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order due to technical reasons, pricing errors, or force majeure.
5. Shipping and Delivery
The Company cooperates with reliable courier companies for product delivery. It is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors (such as weather conditions, strikes, customs inspections, etc.).
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from delivery, in accordance with Law 2251/1994, provided that the product is returned unused and in its original packaging. Products that have been used or customized for the customer are excluded.
7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
LABINDEQ S.A. guarantees the quality and suitability of its products. The Company’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products.
The Company shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:
- Improper installation or use of products
- Failure to maintain or replace filters
- Intervention by third parties
- Damage due to misuse or unforeseen circumstances
LABINDEQ S.A. is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use its products. The user assumes full responsibility for proper installation and use.
8. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, network outages, government measures, etc.).
9. Personal Data Protection
The Company complies with all necessary data protection measures in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law, and the competent courts are the Courts of Athens.
